Here are a few common questions we get from our customers about The BowLiteTMand our other products.



What color lenses come with The BowLiteTM?


The BowLiteTM only comes in one color or another. There are no annoying lenses to keep track of or change out. Just pick your color when you order and we'll ship it to you. Simple. Lenses degrade the quality of light. The BowLiteTM maintains a very high quality of light transmission because there is no "filter" changing the color of the light. This way you get all of the light you can. When you're making that trophy shot, you don't want to have to depend on someone's idea of acceptable light transmission. You need everything you can get out of The BowLiteTM right then, and you get it!


How long do the batteries last?

The answer to this really depends on how you use the light. It is not uncommon to get 2-4 hunts out of one charge if you are only using it to find your stand briefly, and light up your trail or feed station to check it out from time to time. On average you can expect to get about 1.5- 2 hours out of a fully charged battery. That is a long time to use a bow hunting light continuously, expecially if you are using one of our smaller lights to find your way to and from your stands.


How long do I charge the batteries?

The charger has a built in circuit that tells you when the batteries are fully charged. Just remove your batteries when the green light comes on and you are good to go! We recommend charging after each hunt, just for good measure and you don't need to run the batteries all the way down. Just pop them in the charger to top them off when you are ready to hunt. Average charge time is about 2 hours.


Do you ship international orders?

Yes, we do. There is a slightly different process for this type of order. Use the contact us page to begin the process and we will send you an itemized invoice with shipping charges included. We do not ship items as "gifts" or guarantee delivery by any methods other than Fedex, or UPS with additional costs paid by the customer. Additionally, BowLite is not responsible for any import or customs fees or taxes levied by your country. We have a number of international clients that enjoy our products!


Do you issue product updates when items are back in stock?

Yes. Occasionally we will sell out of an item when a large order is placed. You can sign up for updates when the items are back in stock. When you do, you will be emailed once the item is available. Don't worry, your information is never shared with anyone else. It is used strictly to keep you up to date with The BowLiteTM and other product availability.


Quantity discounts?

We do offer quantity discounts for those customers who want to buy in volume. Please use the contact us page before ordering. We will send you quantity requirements and pricing for each.
